Type : Dive / Snorkeling
One of the best dive site in Wakatobi, the site takes its name from the fringing ring potato corals that encircles the crest of the formation in a pattern reminiscent of the colosseum in Rome, Italy. Dive site located just offshore of the northwestern corner of Tomia Island. Pinnacle (max 24 m).
Access :
Just a few minutes (10-15 minutes ) from Waha Harbour by local boat.
Coral Reef State :
Good variety of the hard coral and soft coral, various of gorgonians, barrel sponge, healthy staghorn coral, coral boomies, and the most iconic are two huge foliose coral.
Fish Species :
Octopus, moray eel, crab, damsel fish, triggerfish, leaf scorpion fish, scorpion fish, stone fish, blue spotted ray, robust pipe fish, hundred of fusilier, clown fish, banded sea snake, group of bat fish, crocodile fish, schooling of drum fish, green turtle, bump head fish, schooling of black snapper fish, bluefin trevally, tuna (passing by), and barracuda as the one of the highlight in Roma. There are more species of fish that you can find in this spot, specially also for the muck lover, there more small stuff here like Nudibranch, sea slug, flat worm, shrimp and other small creatures in this spot.
Current :
Currents start at beginning of the High tide & low tide. (*dive only no current/small current).
Visibility :
25-30m. Wakatobi is known as the best clear water.

Due to the currents condition dive schedule is considered. We recommended divers to come on schedule.
