Ali Reef

The site takes its name from Local name. Dive site located just offshore of the northwestern corner of Tomia Island. Small Pinnacle (max 24 – top 9m).

Access :

Just a few minutes (5 minutes) from Waha Harbour by local boat.

Coral Reef State :  

Good variety of the hard coral and soft coral, various of gorgonians, barrel sponges, healthy staghorn coral, coral boomies, and the most iconic is huge coral which the cleaning station of hundred jack fish.

Fish Species :

Crab, octopus, damselfish, triggerfish, leaf scorpion fish, scorpion fish, trumpetfish, hundred of fusilier, clown fish, banded sea snack, crocodile fish, schooling of drum fish, green turtle, schooling of black snapper fish, bluefin trevally, tuna (passing by), and Schooling of jack fish as the one of the highlight in Alireef. There are more species of fish that you can find in this spot, specially also for the muck lover, there more small stuff here like Nudi, sea slug, flat worm, mantis shrimp, orang utan crab, ribbon eel and other small creatures in this spot.    

Current :

Currents start at beginning of the High tide & low tide. (*dive only no current/small current).

Visibility :

25-30m. Wakatobi is known as the best clear water and blue.

Note :

Due to the currents condition dive schedule is considered. We recommended divers to come on time on schedule. 

Highlights :

Schooling of Jack Fish, Green Turtle, macro and great reef corals which so colorful.
