How to get Tomia Island
Due to no flight yet at Wakatobi, so we like to recommend to you to have flight to BauBau or Kendari first then continue with the boat to Wakatobi. By here we like to give recommendation to you to get Wakatobi from Bau-Bau/Kendari by regular boat/ferry.
How to get to Tomia from Baubau by Ferry
- Take a car from Bau-Bau to Pasarwajo or Lasalimu to get the ferry. All those ferry start at 11:00 am morning whether from Pasarwajo or Lasalimu (*better take lasalimu for the fastest ways to Wanci).
- From Bau-Bau to Lasalimu it take 2 hours by car.
- Private car (Rp 500.000).
- Sharing car (Rp 90.000) per person.
- Arrive in Lasalimu you will be assist by Driver to the ticket of locket. (*ticket at harbour).
- Ferry from Lasalimu to Wanci will take 1:30 hours approximately.
- Around 12:30 you will arrive in Wanci, and at same day you can go directly to the next harbour (patinggu harbour) to get speed boat to Tomia Island at 14:00 pm.
- From Wanci to Tomia by speed boat will take around 3 hours.
- Sometimes the speed boat not operated due to the weather. For any Question or assisted please do not hesitate to contact us by our WA (0822-7166-2749) we are happy to assist you.
- Ferry from Wanci to Lasalimu is start at 08:00 morning.

- Sometimes at Friday they leave late to Kendari.
- The boat takes 13 hours. From Kendari to Wanci and you might can directly to next harbour to take Fungka Express to Tomia at 08:00 morning.
- Ticket can get at Harbour or by online. (*need Passport or Pic of Passport).

- Boat will stop at Ereke Island to drop passenger and continue to Wanci.
